Is it a shirt? Is it a dress?

I recently got this shirt/dress at a thrift store and, though I'm not 100% sure what it even is, I do rather enjoy it. It's completely oversized, the sleeves are constantly falling down (as seen in the third photo), and it has a bit of a bell sleeve complex going on. I can't wait to style it in a hundred different ways.
